Kaleane villas rental rates include

HOUSE MANAGER

Supervise and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay

MAID

Responsible for housekeeping duties , taking care of your enquiries and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.

GARDENER AND POOL ATTENDANTS

Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa. They ensure that the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.

Wages for your, maid, gardener etc., costs of electricity, gas, water, taxes and air-conditioning. Your only additional expenses are the actual costs of buying your favorite drinks and snacks and the ingredients for the meals you ask your cook to prepare. The preparation of your meals (provide by yourself )and all other services provided by the house staff are included in our rental rates.

SERVICES:

The refrigerator will be stocked with an initial supply of soft drinks , coffee and tea, eggs and bread for your first breakfast. The bathrooms will be supplied with soap, shampoo, bath gel, cotton buds, tissues, etc, beautifull flowers and fruit basket will be waiting for you as a welcome gift.

If you have asked for dinner to be prepared for your first evening, that will be ready on time, too. All villa staff consists of a good cook for breakfast or BBQ, maid, gardener, house keeping manager, tour guide, etc. They will take care of all routine work such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, etc.

The Kaleane Service Center can arrange guided excursions by car, boat,. They can book a game of golf, and fishing, sailing, sea kayak in the mangrove, elephant riding, seightseeing tour or diving trips.

On the day of your arrival and/or departure we can arrange your transfer to the airport
